Account page

The listing page has everything you need to decide on a purchase: features, description, seller and price. Here is how to read it and what to check before paying.

In short. Check the features and the description, look at the seller's rating and, if something is unclear, message them in the chat. The login details are hidden behind asterisks — they open only after payment.

Who this is for

You have opened a listing from the catalog and are deciding whether to buy it.

What you need

You can view the page without signing in. To ask the seller a question, you need to sign in or register.

Steps

  1. Look at the page header. Here you see the breadcrumbs, the “Back” button, the listing name and the favorites heart. Below the name are tags: “Item Code: #ID”, the listing perks, “N users are viewing” and “N added to favorites”.
  2. Click “Item Code: #ID” to copy the listing number. A “Copied!” hint appears. You will need the number to search for the listing or to contact support.
  3. Browse the “Gallery”. A photo may have a badge with the estimated delivery time.
  4. Check the “Features”. Here you find numeric values (for example, MMR or hours played), options (server, account type, “Auto delivery”), a rank with an icon (Tier) and yes/no parameters (for example, Prime). Compare them with what you need.
  5. Click “Show full description” in the “Description” block to open the seller's full text. To hide it, click “Show less”.
  6. Ask the seller a question in the “Ask the seller a question” block.

    • If you are not signed in, you will see “Chat available after registration” and the “Sign in” and “Registration” buttons. Click one of them.
    • After signing in, type your text in the “Your message” field and click “Submit”. The message appears in the chat. If there has been no conversation yet, you will see “No messages yet. Ask your first question to the seller!”.
  7. Look at the “Quick Purchase” block on the right. The Username •••• and Password •••• lines show which details will open after payment. Here you also see the price, “Cashback 3 %” and the “Buy Account” button. If the listing has already been sold, you will see “Out of stock” instead. On a phone, the price and the “Buy Account” button are on the bottom bar.
  8. Check the seller card: “Total sales”, the rating and the number of reviews, “Registration date”, the “online” status and the “Verified seller” check mark.
  9. Click “Buy Account” if everything suits you. If you are signed in, the checkout page opens. If not, the sign-in window opens first. You can also click “Buy in one click” and pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay right from the page.

Important. After the purchase, the conversation from the “Ask the seller a question” block moves to the order chat. All your arrangements with the seller are kept.

What else is on the page

  • Below the buy button is the note “The seller will not be able to receive payment until you confirm they have fulfilled all obligations.” and payment method logos in the “Secure payment” block.
  • The “Secure transaction” block explains that the seller gets the money only after you confirm receipt of the account and check that the details match the description.
  • “Similar products” and “You were interested in these products” show other listings in case this one doesn't suit you.

What's next

If the listing suits you, go to checkout. How to do it is explained in the article “How to buy an account”.

FAQ

Is the listing reserved while I'm looking at it?

No. The listing is removed from the storefront only after payment is confirmed. If someone pays first, you will see the message “Product already purchased. Someone else placed the order earlier.”

Why can't I message the seller?

The chat is available only after you sign in. Click “Sign in” or “Registration” in the “Ask the seller a question” block.

What do the asterisks in “Quick Purchase” mean?

They show an example of the details that will open after payment. They are hidden until you pay.

The button says “Out of stock”. What should I do?

This account has already been sold. Look at “Similar products” further down the page.

Why copy the “Item Code”?

It makes it easy to find the listing in the catalog search and to name it when you contact support.
