What is a marketplace account and who is the seller
On the Goranked marketplace, you buy a ready-made game account from a specific seller. Here is what exactly you get after payment and who is behind each listing.
In short. One listing is one unique account. After payment, you get the login details for the account and for the email linked to it. The seller gets paid only after you confirm, or automatically after 14 days.
Short answer
A marketplace account is a game profile that a seller has put up for sale together with its login details. A seller is a platform user who sells accounts. Some listings are sold by the platform itself and its warehouses, others by verified sellers.
How it works
What you buy
Every listing is unique: one listing is one account. After payment, the listing is removed from the storefront, and on its page the buy button is replaced with “Out of stock”.
After payment, two data blocks open on the order page:
- “Account details” — the Username and Password to sign in.
- “Email details” — the Email (an address or a link to webmail), plus the Username and Password for the email linked to the account.
A phone number, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes and backup codes are not part of the standard set. You get them only if the seller writes them in the order chat.
Accounts are sold for many games: Fortnite, Roblox, CS2, Dota 2, Minecraft, Brawl Stars, GTA V, Mobile Legends, Clash of Clans, WoW, PUBG, Apex, PUBG Mobile. All games are collected in the “Game accounts” section. Each game card has an “Accounts N” badge with the number of listings.
Who the seller is
You can see the seller on every tile in the catalog and on the listing page. The seller card shows:
- name and avatar;
- “Total sales N”;
- “Rating: N reviews 👍 X %”;
- “Registration date”;
- status “online” or “N minutes ago”;
- a “Verified seller” check mark.
Click the seller on a tile to open a window with the “Recent reviews” block and a “View all reviews” link.
How your money is protected
You don't pay the seller directly — you pay through the platform. The money is held on the platform until the deal is complete. The seller gets paid when you click “Confirm receipt”, or automatically 14 days after the order is placed.
What to keep in mind
- Before buying, check the features, the description and the seller's reviews. You can ask questions in the chat on the listing page.
- The details you get are temporary. Change the passwords and recovery options right after you sign in.
- Confirm receipt only after you have checked the account.
- Promo codes don't apply to accounts. You get 3 % cashback for the purchase.
Important. Buying an account may go against the rules of the game platform. The risk of restrictions or a ban cannot be fully ruled out.
