Confirm receipt and 14 days of deal protection

The “Confirm receipt” button completes the deal — after it, the seller gets the money. Until you click it, the funds are held on the platform.

In short. Click “Confirm receipt” only after you have checked the account and changed the details. A confirmation cannot be undone. If you don't confirm, the order closes automatically 14 days after it was placed.

Who this is for

You have received the details, signed in to the account, checked it and changed the passwords and recovery options. Now you can complete the deal.

What you need

  • A paid order with the details handed over.
  • A checked account: sign-in works, and the features match the description.

How the 14 days of protection work

For 14 days after the order is placed, standard deal protection applies:

  • the money is held on the platform, and the seller has not received it yet;
  • the chat with the seller and the ticket for the order are open;
  • the order has the “Waiting for confirmation” status.

The deal is completed when you click “Confirm receipt”. If you don't, the order closes automatically 14 days after it was placed, and the money goes to the seller.

Steps

  1. Check the account. Sign in, compare the features with the listing description, and change the passwords and recovery options.
  2. Open the order page — in your profile, in the “My orders” section.
  3. Find the “Everything is fine?” block on the right. It says: “Click ‘Confirm receipt’ if you have received the account, everything is fine with it and you have no questions for the seller.”
  4. Click “Confirm receipt”. The “Account receipt confirmation” window opens: “You confirm that: • you have received the account • everything is fine with the account • you have no questions for the seller. After confirmation, the deal will be completed.”
  5. Click “Yes, I confirm”. The order gets the “completed” status, the seller gets paid, and the chat closes. If you change your mind, click “Cancel confirmation” — the deal stays open.
  6. Leave a review. The page shows a “How it went?” block with the “Leave a Feedback” and “Review on Trustpilot” buttons.

Important. A confirmation cannot be undone. Don't click the button until you have checked the account — even if someone asks you to.

If something is wrong with the account

Don't confirm receipt. Message the seller in the order chat. If the issue isn't resolved, click “Create ticket” in the “Everything is fine?” block. If a ticket has already been created, you will see “Go to created request” instead of the button.

What's next

After completion, the chat with the seller is closed, but support can reopen it. If a problem comes up later, click “Create ticket” in the “Have a question or issue after completion?” line. If you added a lifetime warranty during the purchase, it stays valid after the deal is completed.
