When you pay for an order, the money doesn't go straight to the booster or seller. Goranked holds it until the deal is complete.
In short. The booster or seller gets paid after you confirm — or after automatic confirmation, if this order type has it. A confirmation can't be undone. If something is wrong, don't confirm — contact support instead.
Short answer
A secure transaction means the money for an order is held by the platform until you confirm the result. This way you don't pay for work that wasn't done or a product that wasn't handed over.
How it works
- You pay for the order. The money goes to the platform, not to the booster.
- The booster or seller fulfils the order or hands over the product.
- You check the result and confirm it. After that, the deal is complete.
How a deal is completed depends on the order type:

A boost ordered without a request (a boost bundle or a special offer) is completed the same way: after the booster hands in the work, you click “Confirm completion”. There is no automatic confirmation after a set time.
Good to know
- Confirmation is final. Once you click it, the deal is complete and this can't be undone.
- If there's a problem, don't confirm. Create a ticket from the order page: describe what happened and add screenshots.
- Check the account in time. 14 days after the order was placed, it is confirmed automatically.
- Refunds are arranged through support: to your site balance as 100% cashback or to your card.
Important. Only click “Confirm completion”, “Confirm receipt” or “I confirm receipt” after you've checked the result.
