How to order a boost: request, package or Goranked offer

There are three ways to order a boost on Goranked. Here we explain how they differ and when to choose each one.

In short. You can order any boost service with a request: you set up the calculator, boosters offer prices, and you choose a booster and pay. A boost package and a personal Goranked offer in your dashboard have a fixed price and go through the regular checkout.

How it works

Request to boosters

  • Set up the calculator on the service page. On the right, you can see the “Estimated price” and “Estimated completion time”.
  • Click “Calculate the price”. The text under the button says: “An order auction will be created — executors will start offering their own prices for the job.”
  • Offers appear on the request page: price, deadline, booster rating. You can talk to the booster in chat.
  • Click “Choose”, then “Pay”. After payment, the order immediately moves to the “In progress” status.
Click “Calculate the price” — the request page opens, and the first offers arrive within minutes.

Boost package

  • Packages are collected on a separate game page (the address ends in /boost-packages). At the time of writing, there are 16 packages for Dota 2 and 10 for CS2.
  • The page lists the terms: “Fixed price — no recalculations at checkout”, “We'll complete your order in 1-3 days”, “Highest order priority”.
  • You can find a package with the “Rank” and “Price from/to” filters, the “Search package...” field and sorting.
  • A package card shows the “Initial rank”, “Final rank”, “Discount” and “Discounted price”.
  • The path: “Select boost package” → the “Your order” block → “Place order” → checkout → payment → the “Connection details” form.

Personal Goranked offer

  • After a paid boost, personal bundles may appear in the “Offers” section of your dashboard, for example “top up +N MMR/ELO”.
  • Click “Order” — checkout opens with a fixed price. After that, everything works the same as with a package. For details, see the article Special offers in your dashboard and at checkout.

Good to know

  • One request per service. Each service can have only one open request: clicking “Calculate the price” again opens the existing one. You can create no more than 10 requests per hour (at the time of writing).
  • Time to pay for a request. After you choose a booster, you have 120 minutes to pay (at the time of writing). After that, the choice is cleared and the request is open again — if it hasn't expired yet.
  • The payment link for a package or offer is valid for about 24 hours. After that, the order gets the “Payment time has expired” status — place it again.

Important. After paying for a package or personal offer, fill in the “Connection details” form. Until it's filled in, the order has the “Need clarification” status, and boosters can't see it.

FAQ

Which option is better value?

It depends on the parameters. In a request, the booster sets the price, and you can discuss it in chat. In a package, the price is fixed and already discounted. If your range is among the packages, compare both options.

Does a promo code work?

Promo codes and volume discounts don't apply to the booster's price in a request, but you can use cashback. Promo codes don't apply to packages.

Where do I find personal offers?

In your account dashboard, in the “Offers” section. They appear after a paid boost.

Why doesn't my order start after I pay for a package?

Check that you've filled in “Connection details”. While the form is empty, the order has the “Need clarification” status. If you chose a party boost, click “Start searching for a booster” after that.
