Request page: how to read booster offers
The request page collects booster offers for your boost. Here you compare price, deadline and experience, message boosters and choose one of them.
In short. A request is a boost inquiry that hasn't been paid yet. Boosters see it and set their own price and deadline. You choose an offer and pay — only then does the work start.
Who this is for
You've created a request on a service page, for example /en/dota2/boost-mmr. A request is the main way to order a boost. Once it's created, the request page opens at an address like /en/requests/{number}.
You can get back to the request in two ways:
- in the “My orders” section — the “Request #R…” row with the status “Waiting for offers”, “N offers” or “Performer chosen” and the “No payment yet” label;
- through the bar under the site header: “Your request is active · Offers: N from {price} · View / Pay”.
What you need
- To be signed in on the site with the account you created the request from.
- An active request. You can have only one open request per service.
Steps
- Open the request. Click “View” in the bar under the header or the “Request #R…” row in “My orders”. The request page opens.
- Check the header. At the top you see the service and details, for example “2 588 → 3 000”. The “Cancel request” button is here too. It only works until you choose a booster.
- Keep an eye on the counters. “Notified” — how many boosters received the request. “Viewed” — how many opened it. “Offers” — how many replied. While there are no offers, you see the text “Waiting for performer offers — the first responses usually arrive within a few minutes — the page will update by itself”. You don't need to refresh the page manually.
Look through the offers. Each offer is a separate row:
- the booster's nickname; a check mark next to the nickname means the booster has passed Goranked verification;
- a “Recommended” label (the booster with the most completed orders) or “New seller”;
- reviews in the format “★ 4.9 · 12 reviews” or the number of completed orders;
- the in-game level — MMR or ELO. Boosters set their in-game rating themselves;
- “deadline” and “Price”;
- the “Chat” and “Choose” buttons.
A new offer is highlighted, and a sound plays. The sound is controlled by the “Notification sound” setting. Declined offers don't disappear — they stay in the feed, dimmed.
A new offer appears in the feed on its own: the row lights up and the “Offers” counter goes up. - Open the booster's card. Click the booster's name. The card shows “Registration date”, “orders completed”, “Rating” and “Recent reviews”. If there are no reviews yet, you'll see “No reviews yet — this is a new performer”.
Check the right column. The “Your order №…” block shows the summary:
- “Seller” — before you choose, it says “No seller chosen yet”;
- “Delivery time” — before you choose, it says “Set by the seller”;
- “Request details”: “Current Rating”, “Desired rating”, “Region”, “Additional services”, “Comment”;
- “Created” and “Valid until”;
- “To pay: from …”;
- the “Pay” button. Until you choose a booster, it's grey, with the caption “Choose a performer in the offers feed first.” under it.
Below are two blocks. “Guarantee: If the order isn't completed, we'll refund your money or offer an equivalent solution.” “Secure transaction: The performer gets paid only after progress is confirmed or the order is successfully completed.”
- Decide what to do next. To ask a question or agree on a price, click “Chat”. To accept an offer, click “Choose”.
Important. A request is valid for a few hours; the exact time is in the “Valid until” field. After that, boosters can no longer see it.
Important. There are no separate notifications about new offers or about the request expiring. Keep an eye on the request page and the bar under the site header.
What's next
- Want to discuss the price or deadline — Chat with a booster before payment.
- Made up your mind about a booster — Choose a booster and pay.
- The request has expired — Request expired.
FAQ
How long is a request valid?
A few hours. The exact time is in the “Valid until” field in the right column. If needed, a manager can extend the request.
Can I create another request for the same service?
No. You can have only one open request per service.
What does the check mark next to the nickname mean?
The booster has passed Goranked verification.
Where does the booster's MMR or ELO come from?
The booster enters it themselves — next to the in-game level there's a caption “Performers set their in-game rating themselves”. Also look at the number of completed orders and the reviews in the booster's card.
Why is the price shown as “from …”?
Until you choose a booster, there's no final amount yet. You'll pay the price of the offer you choose. You can discuss the price in the chat: “The performer names the price — you can agree in chat and they will change their offer.”
How do I cancel a request?
Click “Cancel request” in the header. You can do this only before you choose a booster.
