Request expired: what to do
A request is valid for a limited time. When that time runs out, boosters can no longer see it. You can create the same request in one click, and your parameters will be kept.
In short. Click “Create again” — a copy of the request with the same parameters appears, and boosters are notified again. Want to change something? Click “Change details”. Need to extend the old request? Contact a manager.
Symptoms
- The request page shows the banner “The request has expired. Boosters can no longer see it — create the same one in one click, your parameters will be kept.” and the “Change details” and “Create again” buttons.
- The request chat shows the message “The request is closed — you can no longer write here.”
- A similar case: you chose a booster but didn't pay, and the “Chosen” tag disappeared.
Possible causes (check in order)
- The request has expired. A request is valid for a few hours. The exact time was shown in the “Valid until” field in the right column. There is no separate notification when it expires.
- The 120 minutes for payment ran out. After you click “Choose”, you have 120 minutes to pay. If the payment isn't completed, the selection is removed and the request is open to boosters again — if the request itself hasn't expired yet. If it has, you see the banner from item 1.
Solution
Create the same request. Click “Create again”. A copy of the request with the same parameters appears. Boosters are notified again, and offers start coming in just like the first time.
Change the parameters. Click “Change details”. The service calculator opens already filled in. Change what you need — for example, the target rating or options — and create the request.
Extend the old request. A manager can extend the request. Write to support and include the request number — see Where to contact us.
If only the booster choice disappeared. Check the “Valid until” field. If the request hasn't expired yet, click “Choose” on the offer you want again and pay within 120 minutes. Details: Choose a booster and pay.
Important. Only one request can be open per service. If a new request can't be created, check “My orders” to see whether you already have an open request for this service.
Important. Keep an eye on the request on its page and in the bar under the site header. There are no notifications when it expires.
When to contact support and what to include
Write to support if:
- you want to extend the request instead of creating a new one;
- the “Create again” or “Change details” buttons don't work;
- you paid, but the order didn't appear in “My orders” — also see Payment problems.
What to include in your message:
- the request number (#R…);
- the service and parameters, for example “2 588 → 3 000”;
- a screenshot of the banner or error;
- the approximate time when you clicked the button or paid.
FAQ
Will I have to enter the parameters again?
No. “Create again” creates a copy of the request with the same parameters. “Change details” opens the calculator already filled in.
Will boosters see the new request?
Yes. After “Create again”, boosters are notified again.
How long is a request valid?
A few hours. The exact time is in the “Valid until” field on the request page.
Will I be notified that the request is about to expire?
No, there are no separate notifications. Keep an eye on the “Valid until” field and the bar under the site header.
How do I extend a request?
A manager extends requests — write to support. The faster option is to click “Create again”.
