Sign-in and registration

You sign in to Goranked with a one-time code from your e-mail or with Google. On the checkout page, you can also sign in with Discord.

In short. Click “Sign in”, enter your e-mail and the 6-digit code from the e-mail, or choose “Sign in with Google”. Registration works the same way. If you place an order as a guest, an account is created automatically.

Steps: sign in with an e-mail code

  1. Click “Sign in” in the site header. The “Login” window opens.
  1. Enter your e-mail in the field under “or using email”.
  1. Click “Continue”. The “One-time password” screen opens with the hint “Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email”.
  2. Complete the “Confirm that you're not a robot” check if the site shows it.
  3. Open the “Your Goranked sign-in code” e-mail in your inbox. It contains a 6-digit code.
  1. Enter the code on the “One-time password” screen. You're signed in: your avatar appears in the header instead of “Sign in”.

Steps: sign in with Google

  1. Click “Sign in” in the site header. The “Login” window opens.
  2. Click “Sign in with Google”. The Google account picker opens.
  3. Choose your Google account. You return to the site already signed in to your Goranked account.

Steps: registration

  1. Click “Sign in” in the site header. The “Login” window opens.
  2. Click “Create one here.” in the “Don't have an account?” line. The “Create an account” window opens.
  3. Choose Google, or enter your e-mail and confirm it with a code — the same way as when signing in. Your account is created.

By creating an account, you agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Guest order

You can place an order without signing in. What happens next depends on your e-mail:

  • new e-mail — the site shows: “We've created an account for you and already signed you in. Login: … The password has been sent to this email”;
  • e-mail already registered — the site shows: “The order is linked to your account. Sign in…”. Sign in with the code from your e-mail, and the order will be in your list.

Why you need a password

You don't need a password to sign in. It confirms certain actions in your account — for example, “Change Password” or “Log out of all devices”. If you placed an order as a guest, the password is sent to your e-mail.

If the code doesn't arrive

  1. Check your “Spam” folder.
  2. Check that you entered your e-mail correctly.
  3. Wait a minute.
  4. Click the link in the line “Didn't receive a code? Click here to resend.” A new e-mail will arrive.
  5. Write to support chat if the code still doesn't arrive.

If 2FA is on

If you have two-factor authentication turned on, the site will also ask for an “App code” or a “Recovery code” when you sign in. See the article about password, 2FA and sessions for details.

Important. You can't change your account e-mail yourself. Contact support to do this.

Can I sign in with a password?

To sign in, use a code from your e-mail, Google or Discord. The password is used to confirm actions in your account.

I placed an order without signing in. Do I have an account?

Yes. An account is created automatically for the e-mail from the order. Sign in with the code sent to that e-mail.

The site says the order is linked to an account. What should I do?

Your e-mail is already registered. Sign in to that account — the order will be in the “Order” section.

How do I change my e-mail?

Only through support.

Where is the Discord sign-in button?

The “Login” window offers Google and e-mail. The “Sign in with Discord” button is on the checkout page.
