Cashback

Cashback is money on your account that you can use to pay for part of your next order. It's credited automatically after you pay for a boost or an account.

In short. For a paid boost or account you get 3 % cashback (at the time of writing). Regular cashback is valid for 180 days. You can use it on the checkout page, but you can't withdraw it to a card.

Short answer

Cashback is credited from the amount paid once the payment system confirms the payment. You can see the balance in the “Wallet” section (the “Cashback” card) and in the mobile menu (“Cashback balance”). To pay for an order with it, enter an amount in the “Cashback” field on the checkout page.

How it works

Crediting

  • 3 % of the amount paid for a boost or an account. You can see how much you'll get even before payment, in the “Cashback earned +3 %” line.
  • No cashback is credited for skins and listings.
  • Regular cashback is valid for 180 days.
  • After it's credited, you get an e-mail “Cashback earned — …”.
  • A refund “to the website balance” is also credited as cashback — 100 % of the amount. This cashback is valid for 1 year for a boost and has no expiration for accounts and requests. Learn more in Refunds.

Using cashback

Enter an amount in the “Cashback (available …)” field — the field won't accept more than the limit and shows the “Maximum” badge at the maximum. The “Cashback discount” line appears in the breakdown.

Limits at the time of writing:

  • the order must be from 100 ₴;
  • no more than 30 % of the order amount;
  • no more than 1000 per order in the currency you see on the site.

Refund cashback (100 %) can cover the whole order.

After cashback, the amount left to pay must be at least the minimum of the chosen payment method. If it's less, the cashback is reduced or covers the whole order — the page tells you exactly what happened.

Enter an amount in the “Cashback” field. If it is over the limit, the field sets the maximum itself and shows the “Maximum” badge, and the “Total amount” goes down.

Deduction and return

Cashback is deducted when you place the order, before payment. If the order isn't paid, the cashback comes back:

  • immediately, if you delete the order from the list;
  • automatically within a day, if the payment period has ended.

That's why the balance may temporarily show 0.

Good to know

  • Cashback history. “Wallet” (/en/profile/wallet) → “Cashback history” tab. Each row is one transaction, with the columns “Date”, “Operation”, “Total”, “Balance”, “Reason”, “Order”. Transaction types: “Credited”, “Used”, “Refunded”, “Overdue”, “Cancelled”, “Adjustment”. The old address /en/profile/cashback now opens this tab. Learn more: Wallet.
  • Withdrawal. You can't withdraw cashback to a card.

Important. A cashback balance of 0 after you place an unpaid order isn't an error. The cashback comes back after you delete the order or within a day after the payment period ends.
