Promo codes
A promo code gives you a discount on boost services. You enter it in the service calculator before placing the order.
In short. One promo code per order, and only for a boost at the site price. You can't add a code to an order that's already created. If a code didn't work, find the message in the table below.
The basics
A promo code is a code that gives a discount on a boost service. You enter it in the calculator, and the discount is included in the price. On the checkout page you can see it in the “Promo code” line with the text “You have received a discount of N % on your order”.
Conditions
Where to enter it. In the boost service calculator: the “Promo code” block, the “Enter Promo code” field. When the code is accepted, the calculator shows “Discount applied”.
What it applies to. Only boost services at the site price.
What it doesn't apply to:
- accounts;
- skins;
- boost packages;
- special offers;
- paying for a booster's offer from a request.
Other rules:
- One code per order. While a code is applied, the field is locked. To remove the code, click the cross.
- Case doesn't matter: uppercase and lowercase letters are treated the same.
- You can enter a code only before checkout. You can't add it to an order that's already created.
- Some codes work only from a certain amount. The calculator shows “valid from …” and “more … until the discount”.

Error messages

Examples
- A code for an account. You want to apply a promo code to an account purchase. It won't work: promo codes apply only to boosts.
- The amount is too small. The calculator shows “more … until the discount”. Increase the order. When the amount reaches the threshold, “Discount applied” appears.
- A “Once per account” code in an unpaid order. You created an order with the code and didn't pay for it. You can't apply this code again — you'll see “This promo code can be used once per account”.
- You forgot to enter the code. The order is already created — you can't add the code to it. If the order isn't paid yet, you can delete it and place a new one with the code.
Important. A promo code is entered only in the calculator, before checkout. You can't add it after the order is created.
Volume discount — no promo code needed
In the boost calculator you may see the hint “Add N more MMR/ELO to get a discount”. When you add them, “You have received a discount of N %” appears. This discount is applied automatically and can be combined with cashback.

No. One code per order.

How do I remove an applied code?
Click the cross next to the code. The field becomes available again.
How is a promo code different from a volume discount?
A volume discount is applied automatically when you add MMR or ELO. A promo code has to be entered manually.
