Wallet and cashback balance in your account dashboard
The “Wallet” section collects your order payments and all cashback movements. Here you can check whether a payment went through, where cashback came from and where it went.
In short. Open “Wallet” in the avatar menu or the account dashboard menu. The “Transactions” tab shows order payments, the “Cashback history” tab shows cashback credits and deductions. Your current balance is in the “Cashback” card on the left. Cashback can't be withdrawn to a card.
Who this is for
- You want to check whether a payment went through or find a transaction ID.
- Your cashback balance has changed, and you want to understand why.
- You received a refund to your site balance and want to see it.
How cashback is credited and how to pay with it is explained in the Cashback article.
What you need
- To be signed in to the site.
- Payments or cashback operations in the last 12 months.
Steps
Open “Wallet”. There are three ways:
- the “Wallet” item in the avatar menu or the account dashboard menu;
- on a phone — the site menu, the “Cashback balance” block → “Wallet”;
- in your profile — the “Balance” block → “History”. The block is visible when you have cashback on your balance.
The “My Wallet” page opens with the caption “List of all your payments and transactions.”.
- Check the balance. On the left is the “Cashback” card with the amount of available cashback in euros (EUR). The “View history” link opens the “Cashback history” tab.
- Find a payment in the “Transactions” tab. Type the transaction ID, order number or order name in the “Search...” field. Or filter the list with the “Status”, “Payment method” and “Currency” buttons. Clicking an order name opens its page.
- Review cashback movements in the “Cashback history” tab. The “Operation” filter keeps only the type of operations you need, “Currency” — the currency you need. The “Reason” column explains where an entry came from.
- Set up the table. At the bottom, choose “Rows per page”: 10, 20 or 50. Next to it you can see which rows are shown and how many pages there are in total. To clear a filter, click “Remove” in its window.
- Use cashback on the checkout page of your next order: enter the amount in the “Cashback” field — the field won't accept more than the limit and shows the “Maximum” badge at the maximum. Limits are described in Cashback.
The “Transactions” tab
Here are your order payments: by card, wallet, cryptocurrency and so on. Cashback movements are not shown here.
Columns: “Payment method”, “Order”, “Status”, “Transaction ID” (with a copy button), “Order ID”, “Total”, “Last update”.
| Payment status | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Unpaid” | The payment was created, but not completed |
| “Paid” | The payment is confirmed |
| “Payment error” | The payment didn't go through — see Payment didn't go through |
| “Awaiting provider confirmation” | The payment system hasn't confirmed the payment yet |
| “Awaiting skins transfer” | Payment with skins: the payment is waiting for the skins to be transferred |
| “Refunding”, “Full refund”, “Partial refund” | A refund has been issued for the payment — see Refunds |
A filter button appears only if the list has several values — for example, if you paid in different ways.
The “Cashback history” tab
Each row is one cashback operation. Columns: “Date”, “Operation”, “Total”, “Balance”, “Reason”, “Order”.
| Operation | What happened |
|---|---|
| “Credited” | Cashback for a purchase or a refund to your site balance |
| “Used” | Cashback was spent on an order |
| “Refunded” | Spent cashback came back, for example after an unpaid order was deleted |
| “Overdue” | Cashback expired at the end of its validity period |
| “Cancelled” | The credit was cancelled, for example because of a refund for the order |
| “Adjustment” | Support changed the balance manually. The explanation is in the “Reason” column |
- “Total” is shown with a sign: “+” — incoming, “−” — deducted. If the operation was converted into another currency, the converted amount is shown under it with the “≈” sign.
- “Balance” — the balance after the operation.
- “Order” — the #N number with a link to the order.
- Entries with a zero amount are not shown.
Good to know
- The wallet shows only the last 12 months: up to 200 payments and up to 300 cashback history entries (at the time of writing). Older orders are in “My orders”.
- The “Cashback” card shows the amount in EUR regardless of the site currency. “Cashback balance” in the mobile menu is in the site currency. So the numbers may differ, even though the balance is the same.
- The old address /en/profile/cashback now opens the “Cashback history” tab.
Important. Cashback is deducted when you create an order, before payment. If your balance suddenly became 0, check your unpaid orders. After you delete the order, the cashback comes back, and a “Refunded” row appears in the history.
Important. Cashback can't be withdrawn to a card — you can only use it to pay for orders on the site.
FAQ
Why is my cashback balance temporarily 0?
The cashback was spent on an unpaid order. Delete the order in “My orders” — the cashback will come back, and a “Refunded” row will appear in the “Cashback history” tab.
What does “Adjustment” mean?
Support changed the balance manually. You can see why in the “Reason” column. If it's unclear, contact support.
Where can I see when my cashback expires?
There is no separate column with an expiry date. Regular cashback is valid for 180 days (at the time of writing) — go by the date of the “Credited” row. When cashback expires, an “Overdue” row appears.
I got a refund for an account. Where can I see it?
In the “Cashback history” tab: a “Credited” row with the reason “Refund for order #…”. There is no such entry in the “Transactions” tab.
Why doesn't the amount in the “Cashback” card match the mobile menu?
The card shows the balance in EUR, the mobile menu — in the site currency.
I can't see an old payment. Why?
The wallet shows only the last 12 months. You'll find older orders in “My orders”.
