Skin delivery

After payment, the skin arrives in your Steam inventory via a trade offer. Below is what happens at each stage and what you need to do.

In short. The seller or the market bot sends a trade offer to your Trade URL. Accept it in Steam and confirm it in the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. You can see the status on the order page — it does not update by itself, so click “Refresh status”.

Who this is for

For those who have already paid for a skin. The order is in “My orders”, and the order page is /en/profile/orders/skin/{id}.

What you need

  • A Trade URL saved on the order or in your profile — Steam Trade URL.
  • A Steam account that meets Steam's recommendations: a public inventory and the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator turned on — Steam account requirements.
  • Access to Steam: the client, a browser or the mobile app.

Order page

The header shows the game, the item name and the line “Order #ID · price · status”. On the left is the Trade URL card. On the right is the “Item delivery status” block with five stages:

  1. “Paid” — “Payment received successfully”.
  2. “Confirming with Partner” — “We are preparing your item”.
  3. “Delivering” — “Trade offer will be sent shortly”, “Please keep Steam open”.
  4. “Delivered” — “Check your Steam notifications”.
  5. “completed” — “Item successfully transferred”.

Below the timeline are “Current status” and the “Refresh status” link. The page also has the buttons “To skins catalog”, “My orders” and “Open ticket” (or “My ticket” if a ticket has already been created).

Steps

  1. Open the order in “My orders”.
  2. Check the Trade URL card. If it shows “✓ Trade URL saved”, everything is fine. If the field is empty, paste the link and click “Confirm Trade URL”.
  3. Click “Refresh status”. The page will show the current stage — it does not update by itself.
  4. When the status changes to “Delivering”, open Steam and find the incoming trade offer. The sender is a third-party seller or a bot, not “Goranked”.
  5. Check the offer: you receive the item and give nothing away.
  6. Click “Accept Trade”. Steam will ask you to confirm the trade.
  7. Confirm the trade in the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. The item will appear in your inventory.
  8. Click “Refresh status” on the order page. The status will change to “Delivered”.

Important. Accept the offer as soon as possible. If the trade offer has disappeared, contact support and it will be sent again.

Important. In this trade, you give nothing away. If the offer asks you to give away your item, do not accept it and contact support.

What's next

  • There are no separate status notifications. Keep an eye on the status on the order page and on your Steam notifications.
  • If the listing was sold after you paid, the system looks for an analogue of the same skin within the price you paid. This is a different copy — with a different float, pattern or stickers. If there is no analogue, support will offer a replacement or a refund. A paid order is not moved to the archive.
  • If the status is “Error” or something went wrong, see Skin problems.

FAQ

Who will the trade offer come from?

From a third-party seller or the market bot. The sender will not be “Goranked”.

Do I need to give anything away in the trade?

No. You only receive the item.

The status is not changing. Is this normal?

The page does not update automatically. Click “Refresh status”.

Will I get a notification when the skin is sent?

No, there are no separate status notifications. Keep an eye on the status on the order page and on your Steam notifications.

I did not accept the trade in time. What now?

The order will move to the “Error” status. Open a ticket — support will send the offer again or refund your money.

The skin is already in my inventory, but the status is “Delivered”, not “completed”. Why?

After you accept the trade, the market has a settlement period of about 7 days. You do not need to do anything.
