Skins market: the basics
On the Goranked market, you can buy CS2 skins and receive them in your Steam inventory via a trade. Here is a quick overview of where listings come from, what the item properties mean and what the price is made of.
In short. The market works with CS2 only. Each listing is a single item from a specific seller, with its own float, pattern and stickers. The price is fixed, a 3 % platform fee is added at checkout, and the skin arrives as a Steam trade offer.
Short answer
The skins market is a catalog of CS2 items that you can buy and receive on Steam. Open the catalog from the “Skins” item in the site header or the “Skins” block on the CS2 page.
How it works
Where listings come from. The Goranked storefront mirrors the external White.market marketplace. Each listing is a unique item from a specific seller. Data is updated every few minutes. If a listing has already been sold, the page redirects you to another copy of the same skin or to the catalog. If the page was already open, you will see “Sold · Last price” and the hint “Select an analogue below.” or “Unfortunately, there are no analogues.”
Listing properties.
- “Exterior” — the wear level: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, Battle-Scarred.
- “Float” — a value from 0 to 1. The lower it is, the better the item's condition.
- “Pattern” — the pattern number (paint seed).
- “Phase” — for Doppler skins: Phase 1–4, Emerald, Sapphire, Black Pearl, Ruby.
- StatTrak™ (the “ST” badge) and Souvenir — special versions of the item.
- Stickers — shown as icons; the name appears when you hover over one.
- “Rarity” (colored dot), “Collection”, “Type”, “Weapon”.
Price. The seller sets the price in USD, and Goranked sets its own USD price based on it. The storefront shows the price in the site currency at the real exchange rate. Below it is the note “Fixed price — no recalculations at checkout”. At checkout, a 3 % “Platform fee” is added, and you are charged in USD. If our price is lower than on Steam, you will see a “−N %” discount and the line “~~$X~~ on Steam · you save $Y”. The “Check on Steam” and “View on Steam” buttons open the item on the Steam Market.
Price history. The listing page has a “Price history” block with the periods 1W, 1M, 6M, 1Y and ВСЕ (all time). If there is not enough data yet, you will see “The price history chart is being collected — it will appear in a few days”.
Delivery. After payment, the seller or the market bot sends a trade offer to your Steam Trade URL. You give nothing away — you only receive the item.
Good to know
- Some listings have a trade hold — the line “Вывод возможен через N дней” (“can be withdrawn in N days”) (“can be withdrawn in N days”), usually about 7 days from when the listing was posted. Listings without a hold are marked “Tradable”.
- Cashback is not credited on skins, and promo codes do not apply.
- You are charged in USD, so your bank may add its own conversion.
- To receive a skin, you need a Steam Trade URL and an account that meets Steam's recommendations.
Important. You are buying a specific item. Before you buy, check the float, pattern, stickers and the trade hold line.
