Handing over account access

To start the boost, the booster needs access to your account. How you hand it over depends on how you placed the order.

In short. Request order — you hand over access in the order chat once you've agreed with the booster. Boost packages and special offers — you fill in the “Connection details” form. For a party order you don't need to share your login or password — only a convenient time to play.

Who this is for

  • Request orders. You've paid for a booster's offer. There is no separate page for your details — everything happens in the order chat. See Part 1.
  • Boost packages and special offers. The order has the “Need clarification” status — you need to enter your details in the form. See Part 2.

What you need

  • Your Steam login and password.
  • Access to Steam Guard: a code when the booster asks for it, or backup codes. You get backup codes in Steam: Steam Guard settings → backup codes.
  • For a party order, only a convenient time to play.

Part 1. Request orders: access in the chat

  1. Open the order. After payment, click “Go to the order” or find the order in “My orders”.
  2. Open the chat. Write in the “Chat with the booster” block or click “Open full chat”. The conversation from the request is already there, marked “Conversation from the request”.
  3. Agree on the start. Agree with the booster on when they will start.
  4. Send your login and password. Only in the order chat.
  5. Send the Steam Guard code when the booster asks. If you can't reply quickly, hand over backup codes.
  6. Party orders. Don't share your account details. Only agree on the time to play in the chat.

Recommendations:

  • don't send your account details via third-party messengers;
  • don't log in to the account while the booster is working;
  • change your password once the boost is complete.

Important. Communicate and share details only in the order chat. We can't see or protect conversations outside the site.

Part 2. The “Connection details” form

The form opens on the order details page (its address looks like /en/order/detail-v2/{number}) while the order has the “Need clarification” status. After payment, the “Thank you for your purchase!” page takes you there with the “Go to the order” button. Later, the form opens from the “Details” button in the order row in “My orders”. The set of fields depends on the game and the options you chose.

  1. Fill in your account details.

    • Dota 2: “Steam login”, “Steam password”, “Dota friend code”.
    • CS2: “Steam login”, “Steam password”, “CS2 friend code”.
    • FACEIT: also your FACEIT login, password and nickname.
  2. Paste the backup codes. The “Steam Login Backup Codes” field accepts 15 codes of 7 characters each. The field hint says: “Paste the codes in any format — the system will format them automatically. Each code must contain 7 characters (letters and digits).” The example in the field: “QX6F8T5, Q526QC7, PX6KF54...”. The “One-time codes” counter shows how many codes you've entered. Party orders don't need codes.
  3. Check the Steam Guard guide. The “Steam Guard setup — Step-by-step guide to enabling Family View” slider shows how to turn on Family View. It restricts access to your inventory and wallet for the duration of the boost.
  4. Choose a contact method. In the “Your primary contact method” block, choose Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp or phone. The form hint says: “The details above will be saved to your profile automatically for future orders”.
  5. Fill in the option blocks. They appear if you ordered the matching option:

    • “Select Time” — the “Choose a convenient time to play” block: the “From” and “To” fields (from 00:00 to 23:59);
    • “Choose a map” — the “Choose a map to play on” block.
  6. Choose heroes if there is such a block. In “Choose heroes”, click a hero once to allow it, twice to ban it, three times to reset. Your choice is shown in “Allowed heroes” and “Banned heroes”.
  7. For a party order, fill in “Preferred time to play”. For example: “Mon–Fri after 19:00, Sat–Sun from 12:00 to 18:00”. The manager will get a booster ready for that time.
  8. Add comments. If needed, fill in “Comment for Booster” and “Comment for Manager”.
  9. Accept the terms. Tick “I have read and agree to the terms of use and privacy policy”.
  10. Click “Confirm”. Your details have been submitted.

After you submit the form

  • You can't open the form again. You'll see “Your details have already been submitted. Please wait for the order status to change.”
  • To change your details, click “Write to Telegram” in the “Need to change data?” block and contact a manager.
  • The booster takes the next backup code on their own, no more than once every 10 minutes. When the codes run out, the manager will ask for new ones.
  • 24 hours after the “completed” status, your login and password are erased from the order.

Important. Don't change your account password or email until the boost is complete. After the “completed” status, change your password.
