What's prohibited: chargebacks, sharing contacts outside the site, cheats, reselling

These rules protect you, boosters and sellers. Here is exactly what is prohibited and what happens if the rules are broken.

In short. Don't make deals or pay outside the site, don't share contacts, don't open a chargeback instead of a ticket, and don't use cheats. For violations, Goranked may restrict or block your account.

The essentials

All deals happen only on the site. This way the platform holds the payment until the deal is complete and can sort out a dispute. Anyone who breaks the rules loses this protection and puts their account at risk. The full list of prohibitions is in section 15 “Responsibility” of the Terms of Use (Public offer agreement).

Rules

For all users

  • Deals outside the site that bypass Goranked, sharing contacts or asking for contacts for such deals.
  • Multiple accounts to get around restrictions or blocks.
  • Transferring, selling or renting out your Goranked account to other people.
  • Interfering with the site: attacks, spam bots, malware, attempts at unauthorized access.
  • Illegal content: hate, pornography, calls for violence.
  • False claims and forged evidence in disputes.
  • Chargebacks and abuse of disputes.

For buyers

  • A chargeback instead of a ticket. Disputing a payment through your bank instead of contacting support is prohibited. Create a ticket first (Order ticket). A chargeback suspends the review of your support cases.
  • Cheats, bots, third-party software on a purchased account. The warranty doesn't cover such cases.
  • Breaking the game's rules: smurfing, account sharing, multi-accounting, bypassing regional restrictions, toxicity. The warranty doesn't cover this.
  • Reselling, renting out or giving away a purchased account. The lifetime warranty stops applying after that. Disclosing the account details also voids the warranty.
  • During a boost, don't log in to the account, don't play yourself and don't change the password (Rules during a boost).

For sellers

What this means for you as a buyer: such actions are grounds for a ticket.

  • Selling someone else's, stolen or hacked accounts.
  • A false description or hidden bans.
  • Selling the same item to several buyers.
  • Trying to take the account back after the sale.
  • Demanding payment outside the site.
  • Faking reviews and ratings.

For boosters

  • Cheats, hacks, bots, exploits.
  • Direct payment, outside the site.
  • Disclosing your data.
  • Rudeness, insults, ignoring your clear instructions.
  • Stopping work without permission and missing deadlines.
  • Keeping access to your account after completion, and making changes to it beyond the task.

We apply sanctions to boosters who break the rules: fines and suspension from work. If your account was blocked because of a booster's cheats, the rules provide for compensation of the order cost and proven losses. Support makes the decision.

What happens if you break the rules

  • Removal of listings.
  • Restriction or blocking of the account.
  • Withholding or cancellation of payouts.
  • Additional identity verification.
  • A ban on registering again.
  • In serious cases — passing data to the authorities.

Support may block a violator from creating new tickets. In that case, the ticket form shows “Ticket creation is blocked”.

Important. If you think your account was blocked by mistake, write to the e-mail on the “Contacts” page (How to contact support).

Examples

  • A booster offers to take an extra payment from you directly, “at a discount”. Refuse and create a ticket. Outside the site, your money isn't protected.
  • You disagree with the boost result and are thinking about a chargeback. Create a ticket first: a chargeback will suspend the review.
  • You bought an account with a lifetime warranty and gave it to a friend. The warranty stops applying.
  • A seller asks for your Telegram in the chat “for convenience”. Don't give it. Communicate only on the site.

How to report a violation

  • A violation by a booster or seller — a ticket from the order page (Order ticket).
  • Someone pretends to be support or asks for your password — write to the support chat on the site (Safety).

Important. This article is a short overview. The full terms are in the Terms of Use and on the “Extended Warranty” page. If this article differs from them, the full terms and support's decision prevail.

FAQ

Why can't I give my Telegram to a booster?

We can't see conversations outside the site and won't be able to protect you in a dispute. That's why contacts are blocked in chats.

What happens if I open a chargeback?

The review of your support cases will be suspended, and the service available to you may be limited. Create a ticket first.

What happens if I resell a purchased account?

The lifetime warranty will stop applying, and the warranty won't cover such cases.

The booster used cheats and the account got banned. What should I do?

Create a ticket from the order page and add the email from the game about the ban. Support makes the decision.

My Goranked account was blocked. Where should I write?

To the e-mail on the “Contacts” page. Include your account's e-mail and what happened.
